Absolutely, yes. Aelia Selection insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Aelia Selection and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

While we pay for shipping, any additional customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will be charged to the customer.

We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 14 days to decide whether it is a good fit for you. If you want to return the item, email us at info@aeliaselection.com and we will sort it out for you.

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at info@aeliaselection.com so we can arrange it for you.
