Products

100%! All our pieces are made of 925 sterling silver or copper alloy. We also use diamonds, black diamonds, or other precious stones. If you care for them as we recommend, you will enjoy them for a long time.

All of our pieces are handmade by artisan goldsmiths in Greece. 

We purchase our materials in Greece. 

Our collection are designed to be creatively customized to keep up with your bold, dynamic life. Our pieces are made of high quality materials, so you can wear them now while you build a jewelry wardrobe you will love forever.

Shipping

Our online store  offers free  shipping for European and US  addresses, for orders above eur 300

We ship worldwide.

1) Ground: (5-8 days)

2) Expedited (2-3) days

3) Overnight (1-2) days

As soon as we receive your order, we will process it for shipment. We aim to ship within 4-10 days from your order. You will receive an email with tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.

Don’t worry! Sometimes, it takes a couple of days to update your shipment status. Email us at info@aeliaselection.com and we will let you know where your package is.

Hate when that happens. But no worries! We will correct it for you if your purchase hasn’t shipped yet. Please email us at info@aeliaselection.com

You are not alone! We’ve tested our jewelry for nickel and lead and while it should be totally safe for you to wear, we cannot guarantee our products will not trigger an allergic reaction.

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry it didn’t work out. You can return your unused pieces within 14 days of receiving them. Just send us an email at info@aeliaselection.com

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the jewelry is in its original packaging and in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the criteria.

We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you pay for the return.

Refunds will take anywhere between 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Billing

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept alternative digital payment methods, depending on locality.

Your card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Check the following:

Check that your card is not expired.
Double check the accuracy of your  card’s billing details; such as the billing address and the security code (i.e. what you’ve entered into the checkout details).
Call your card issuer – they might have stopped this payment from going through.

At any time, you can view your order status on your My Account page. This page will be updated as soon as possible, at two different stages: first, when your credit card is charged and again when your product is shipped.

We only accept one promo code at a time. We are sure that there will be other opportunities to use your promo code in the future.
